Grab a drink, sit down, and have a good read!

In the GLC do you have a favorite rodeo?
Absolutely!! It is a tie between Fort Madison IA and Fergus Falls MN!
Okay Lisa, being in Northern Wisconsin, how do you handle the cold???
Uhg!! I don’t handle it well! But I look at it as a necessary time off for my horses! So no matter how bad I want to go somewhere I know they need a break and the winter weather is there to remind me!
Did you grow up around horses and if so, when did you start rodeoing?
No I did not! I had a strong respect and love for horses and I just followed that love and used determination to get where I am today! I started actually rodeoing in the WPRA when I was 14yrs old! Oh my! I can’t believe I have been rodeoing that long!
We know it is nice to have sponsors, who has been supporting you this past year?
I have great sponsors!!!
Prime Performance Nutrition
Cowgirl Tuff Company
Horse Bac Microbial Supplements
When you arrive at a rodeo, what is your warm up routine?
It all depends on the horse! If I am on a young horse I need to make sure I get there early enough to get him in the arena. Then I like to relax and get my game plan for my run and as always remind myself to have fun! Cash was easy, I just had to show up and run! Having an old seasoned horse really can spoil a person so these past two years have been a wake up call as to how lucky I was to have Cash!!
