Motivate and Dominate: Best of the Best.. NFR Style.. Brought to you by Kentucky Performance Products
In honor of wrapping up the 2014 Rodeo Season our Motivate and Dominate is a compilation of some of the Best of the Best in Rodeo, click the links to find out what they had to say about their NFR experiences.
NFR Team Roper Turtle Powell “It’s an advantage not being a rookie because I have a feel for the pace of the the team roping. It is very fast out there but sometimes a person needs to slow down to be faster. I think that is the biggest advantage we have..” read more here.
NFR Barrel Racer Lisa Lockhart “I feel that Louie is just so consistent in what he does and has led to our success throughout the season as well as the NFR. I am fortunate that he runs as well indoors as he does outdoors. As long as I ride him correctly and keep the barrels standing, then we just let the chips fall where they may and hopefully we went fast enough..” read more here.
And new to the NFR, Barrel Racer Nancy Hunter had to say this about pursuing your dreams out on the road “I am a realist so I would say make sure you have the horse that can compete at the level you want to run at. It is very costly and frustrating to donate all the time. Do your homework see if you can compete at this level if so then decide where your horse can perform his best at..” read more here.
We look forward to watching all of these competitors in action at the Thomas and Mack!
